1. Detailed and personal consultation

2. Appointment booking
If you have been informed and agree with the conditions, we will book an appointment for the procedure at Bank of Hair. If the result is suitable, a deposit of 20% of the final price will be required to make a binding of your booking for the appointment at our clinic.
3. Arrival in Turkey
One of our drivers will be waiting for you at the airport when you arrive in Istanbul. You do not need to do anything else. First, the driver will take you to the hotel, and your check-in will be done. The day you arrive is yours. Whether you want to have a closer look at the metropolis or prefer to rest is up to you.
Note to COVID-19: All our staff follows the rules, such as a minimum distance of 1.5 meters or hygiene rules. As soon as you arrive at the hotel, your body temperature will be measured with a contactless meter. This process also repeats when you arrive at the clinic. One day before your departure, a team will come to your hotel for the PCR test you need when entering Germany.
4. Hair transplant day
After breakfast at the luxury hotel, one of our drivers will take you to the clinic. You will have a preliminary meeting with our German interpreters as soon as you arrive. Our German interpreters will be with you all day so that no questions remain unanswered and you do not have any communication difficulties. As soon as you agree with the procedure, the surgery can start.
Note about COVID-19: All treatment rooms and operation rooms are cleaned and disinfected before the procedure. Mouth and nose protection are worn throughout the process.
5. Follow-up control and departure
The next day after the procedure, our drivers will drive you back to the clinic so that our experts can perform the post-transplant check-up. You will get all the necessary information for self-treatment in the clinic after the transplantation. As soon as the follow-up is done and you received the result of the PCR test, you will be driven to the airport - you are going home!
